To get started, click the Create Project button below to assign a name to your project, then click Edit to enter the question you would like to probe. Click Demo to try the question, or click Code to access the programming code to incorporate our Interactive Text Box™ (ITB) into your survey or web page. To access the data once you've completed a few conversations, click Data and choose the format that works best for you.
How to Create a Project
In Socrates OnDemand™, each unique question asked is considered a "Project." Once you have determined the question you would like to probe, click on the Create Project button. Type in a name for your project and click Save.
How to Edit a Project
Click on the Edit button to edit the different settings for your project. This is where you will enter the question you would like to use and determine the Next Page Action following the probed conversation. The default setting displays a message following the probed conversation that says, "Thank you for using Socrates OnDemand." You can alter the Display Message, or change the Next Page Action, by clicking on the Advanced Settings option.
How to Demo a Project
To test the probing after completing the Edit steps, click the Demo button. The Interactive Text Box™ (ITB) will display your question in a new window, just as it would appear within your survey or web page.
How to obtain the Project Code
Click on the Code button to be shown the programming code which you will need in order to display the Interactive Text Box™ (ITB) in your survey, website, or blog.
How to Download Results
Click on the Results button to download the conversations you have collected within your project.
